Hello, guys, sorry for the late update!

Ok so in class we did the following:

Looked at how to fall backwards safely. Remember to expel all your air, this is the most crucial thing to remember. Further, use your bum to cushion the fall then your hands to help spread the weight of your body while keeping your back as round as possible and tuck your chin in close to your chest. Try not to stick your tongue out while falling 🙂

On the ground, sit upright on your bum support yourself with your hands on the ground and use your legs to kick at the attacker, you can also spin around on your bum if the attacker comes in at a different angle.

Then we looked at options for when an attacker sits on top of your stomach. If he is holding your wrists calm down and relax, wait for him to take his pants off them attack and damage the groin, when he bends down or gets in range attack and gauge out an eye, punch him in the neck and then hip thrust him off you. Follow up with a knee or smash the groin with your fist or elbow, get up and away. Remember the philosophy, "If someone messes with me they will GET bitten!" Groin, Eyes, Throat and lastly biting! There was a woman who recently survived a rape attack by biting the guys tongue clean off! Very bloody and brutal but she survived and waited when he was kissing her with his tongue. She cleverly waited for her change to attack, but when she did attack it was hard and sudden and effective!
